Cost Per Hour

How we charge:

The charging structure is as follows:
Working Time (Variable) + Travel Time (Fixed) = Total Chargeable Time x Hourly Rate = Total Cost

Below is an EXAMPLE of a typical job charging structure:
Job details: Moving a 2 Bedroom home from Templestowe to Kew.
Service: 2 Moving Guys on a Monday.
Working time: 2.5 Hours
Travel Time: 30 Mins

2.5 Hours Working Time + 30 Mins Travel Time = 3 Hours Chargeable Time x $190 = $570

Additional Information:

• All prices include GST
• We have Public Liability and Transit Insurance at no extra cost to you.
• Payment is required on completion of the job and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.
• A 2% surcharge applies for Visa / Mastercard.
• Working Time starts from when we arrive at the pick up address and stops on completion of the job.
• Minimum Working Time is 1 hour increasing in half hour increments thereafter.
• Travel Time is the approx. time it takes to get from our Base to the pick up address + from the end address back to Base.
• Travel Time is a fixed charge, calculated at the time of booking so bad traffic doesn’t cost you on the day of your move. Travel Time is calculated in 15 minute increments.
